The Standard License allows you to use our products (such as HTML templates, Next.js templates, React templates, WordPress themes, plugins, and Figma templates) for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following terms:
Single Use: You may use the product on a single website or project.
Customization: You are allowed to customize the product to fit your needs, provided that the original product remains a part of the project.
Distribution: You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product or any modified versions of the product.
2.2 Extended License
The Extended License provides more flexibility and is suited for higher volume or broader usage. It includes all the rights of the Standard License, with additional permissions:
Multiple Uses: You may use the product on multiple websites or projects.
Commercial Distribution: You may distribute the product as part of a larger project or as a template for sale, subject to our specific terms and conditions.
Customization and Resale: You may make extensive modifications and sell the end product to clients, provided the original product is not identifiable or extractable.
3. Restrictions
Regardless of the license type, the following restrictions apply:
No Unauthorized Use: You may not use our products for illegal purposes or in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products, whether modified or not.
No Public Availability: You may not make our products available for download or publicly accessible, except as part of a project or website.
4. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in our products remain with Webato and/or our licensors. The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach any of the terms of this License Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and delete or destroy all copies in your possession.
6. Updates and Support
The license includes access to updates and support for a specified period as outlined in the product description. After this period, you may need to purchase an additional license or support plan to continue receiving updates and support.
