1. Digital Products (Themes, Templates, Plugins, etc.)
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital downloads. If you encounter technical issues or the product doesn’t match its description, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We’ll assess your request and issue a full refund if valid. Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Incompatibility due to unsupported environments
- Purchase errors
2. Custom Development Services
We strive to meet your exact project requirements. If you’re not satisfied with the delivered work, notify us within 30 days of completion. We will attempt to resolve the issue first. If resolution isn’t possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Subscription Services
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. If you are unsatisfied, you may:
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or via email.
- Request a refund within 30 days of your first billing cycle if the service was not as described or failed to meet quality expectations.
- No refunds will be issued for renewal periods once charged.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to support@webato.net with your order ID and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3–5 business days. If your request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here, and continued use of our products/services implies acceptance.
